About Me
Having originally worked in the software sector, I switched to law at an early stage. I trained at renowned Viennese law firms specialising in IP/IT and data protection. I gained several years’ practical experience in drafting and negotiating various B2B contracts in an international context. At the same time, I broadened my areas of expertise through various trainings in criminal law and immigration law.
In spring 2026, I opened my own law firm, NP-Law, in Vienna, and I advise my clients on criminal law, immigration law, IT/IP, data protection, and general contract drafting and review.
My approach is characterized by meticulous analysis, composure, and strategic foresight. Especially in high-stakes legal situations, it is essential to maintain a clear perspective, accurately assess the facts, and develop a decisive strategy.
I represent the interests of my clients with unwavering commitment and persistence. My objective is to leverage every available legal avenue to achieve the best possible outcome.

Prior to the commencement of my services, we will determine the most suitable billing model together. The following options are available:
Hourly Rate
Billing is based on actual time spent. You will receive detailed, minute-by-minute documentation of all activities. You only pay for the time effectively invested in your case. All terms are disclosed transparently in advance.
Flat Fee
For standard cases, I offer individual fixed-price agreements. This provides the benefit of absolute cost predictability from the very beginning.
Statutory Fee Scale (RATG/AHK)
In contentious civil proceedings, billing may be conducted according to the Austrian Lawyers' Tariff Act (RATG) or the General Fee Criteria (AHK).
Please note that certain services, particularly in criminal defense, may require an initial retainer.
An initial consultation to evaluate your legal matter is available at a flat rate of EUR 200 (incl. VAT).

What can I expect during an initial consultation?
During our first consultation, we will discuss your legal matter in detail, assess the legal situation, and develop a strategy together. The initial consultation can take place in person, by phone, or via video call. The cost is a flat rate of EUR 200 (incl. VAT).
What are the anticipated costs?
During the initial consultation, which is billed at a flat rate of EUR 200 (incl. VAT), we will also discuss the appropriate billing model. Depending on your legal matter, billing may be conducted on an hourly basis, as a flat fee, or according to the Austrian Lawyers' Tariff Act. Please note that in certain cases, particularly in criminal defense, an initial retainer may be required.
Do you also advise companies?
Yes. I advise companies in particular on drafting and reviewing contracts, intellectual property, and data protection law. I also offer flat-fee packages for incorporations. The focus is on clear, legally sound solutions that reduce legal risk and support business decisions.
Do you offer virtual/online consultations?
Absolutely. Many matters can be handled entirely digitally. However, in-person appointments in Vienna are always available and often advisable for more complex cases.
In which languages is legal counsel available?
Legal counsel is available in German, English, and Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian.
